- Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional charge of ₹100 at checkout

International Shipping
- A flat shipping fee of ₹2500 will be charged at checkout
- Custom duties & taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per their country’s regulations

- All shipments are fully insured and require:

- Valid ID proof at delivery
If your package appears tampered or damaged, please:
- Refuse delivery immediately
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
We will investigate and arrange a replacement at the earliest.
Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds quickly and transparently.
- Refunds are issued only after product inspection and QC approval
- Approved refunds will be provided as Store Credit
- Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
