Returns
At Elvara Jewels, every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans and carefully inspected before dispatch.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations in design, finish, or color may occur, making each piece unique.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product received is incorrect
To qualify:
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- The product must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging must be intact
- Barcode/tag must be attached and undamaged
Return Request (Important)
- You must place a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Submit your request via our return/exchange option on the website

Approval Process
- All return/exchange requests are subject to approval by our Quality Check (QC) Team
- Approval is granted only after verifying the issue reported
Reverse Pickup
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup
- For size-related exchanges (e.g., rings, bangles), a ₹250 shipping fee will be charged (pickup + re-delivery)
Replacement / Store Credit
- After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality inspection
- If approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped
- If the product is out of stock, a Store Credit will be issued
Store Credit validity: 3 months from issue date
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
The following cases are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Product lost during shipment
- Delivery refused by the customer
- Used, worn, or damaged products
- Missing or damaged barcode/tag
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Minor color/design variations
- Size issues (please check size guide before purchase)
- Non-defective products
- Orders with 3 failed delivery attempts
